This 1968 912 Targa presents itself very well and will never have the stigma of being a trailer queen, come drive it home!

The 912 was traded in a few months ago and after completing our in-house PPI we found the car was not exactly as described.  The 912 was “supposedly” restored by a renowned California Porsche restoration shop but unfortunately the previous owner didn’t know what they were renowned for?  Once our client received the car he traded for he saw the difference, and made us whole so we could honestly represent and market the 912.  The “spectacularly” restored car turns out to be a great driver by our standards, and now is great choice for someone wanting that Targa experience.

The rare factory color combination of Ossi Blue over Red is simply the best we’ve seen on a soft window Targa.  The fit and finish is very respectable for a driver and is in very good condition overall.  The chassis has had it’s pans replaced along the way, but again good for a driver that is to be enjoyed.  The engine (non matching) wasn’t exactly running well when we took possession, but nothing a set of pistons and a lot of love couldn’t cure.  This is now the ultimate 912 soft window driver you can enjoy and not spend gobs of money on.
